Our Region’s Spring and start to Summer has been wet, without the usual summer heat. It’s the perfect time to check your AC Units and make sure they are OK, before the summer heat starts and the Technicians are all busy! Here’s a few checks:
- Unplug Power or turn off AC Breaker before any simple maintenance
- Clean the Window Unit Filters and vents, and check the window seal for tightness
- Clean Outdoor units, clear dirt leaves, and straighten bent fins
- Test the Units for good operation
- A Shop Vacuum can remove debris from coils and other areas
