If we think about classic weather folklore: March comes “in like a lion, and goes out like a lamb.”

Using the farmers Almanac for March 2020, we were anticipating cooler than average conditions in most of the United States and Canada. But when exactly? While our local Big Horn Basin enjoyed warmer temperatures at the start of the month, as did the greater region, cooler weather and light snow joined us at mid month, and now it looks to warm up again.

We hope you enjoy your “White Saint Patrick’s Day” and to be sure, we are still headed for Spring, although there may be some cool surprises left as we say farewell to this year’s winter.
